PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We offer Full Management Services or Financial Management Services Package both on Residential & Commercial.

Full Management Services:
• Establish and maintain Operating & Reserves account for the exclusive benefit of the Condominium, Homeowners, Community Associations, etc.
• Provide a monthly Management Report.
• Assist in Preparation of Budget.
• Obtain bids & make contracts for water, electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, telephone, vermin extermination, trash and snow removal and all other necessary services.
• Collect all assessments due from owners.
• Maintain all office records, books and accounts for the Association.
• Attend regularly scheduled Board of Directors and Annual meetings.
• Provide for 24-hour emergency maintenance service, if needed.

Financial Management Services:

• Established and maintain Operating & Reserves account for the exclusive benefit of the Condominium, Homeowners, Community Associations, etc.
• Provide a monthly Financial Report.
• Assist in Preparation of Budget.
• Collect all assessments due from owners.
• Maintain all office records, books and accounts for the Association.
• Attend one of the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings and one Annual meeting.
