PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We offer Full Management Services or Financial Management Services Package both on Residential & Commercial.
Full Management Services: Provide a monthly Management Report. Assist in Preparation of Budget. Obtain bids & make contracts for water, electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, telephone, vermin extermination, trash and snow removal and all other necessary services. Collect all assessments due from owners. Maintain all office records, books and accounts for the Association. Attend regularly scheduled Board of Directors and Annual meetings. Provide for 24-hour emergency maintenance service, if needed.
Financial Management Services: ![]() Established and maintain Operating & Reserves account for the exclusive benefit of the Condominium, Homeowners, Community Associations, etc. Provide a monthly Financial Report. Assist in Preparation of Budget. Collect all assessments due from owners. Maintain all office records, books and accounts for the Association. Attend one of the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings and one Annual meeting.
